DESCRIPTION:Rappel :\n-En octobre 2019\, sur proposition de FO\, la FNEC-FP FO avec la FSU\, la CGT et l’UNSA ont demandé la réunion d’un CHSCT exceptionnel dédié à la direction d’école. Le DASEN\, comme le Recteur ont toujours refusé cette demande faisant ainsi fi de la réglementation ! (article 69 du décret 82-453 : les membres du CHSCT se réunissent “dans le délai maximum de deux mois\, sur demande écrite de la moitié des représentants titulaires du personnel…”) \n(lire la demande au DASEN / la demande au Recteur)\n-Mai 2020 : avec FO\, 99 directeurs et directrices saisissent le CHSCT (lire article café pédagogique)\n-Le 20 mai 2020\, la FNEC-FP FO lance une procédure d’alerte départementale relative à la situation des directeurs et directrices d’écoles en Mayenne (lire la procédure d’alerte) \nLes représentants FNEC-FP FO ont par conséquent saisi l’ISST (inspectrice santé et sécurité au travail) du Rectorat en novembre 2020\, à la fois sur cette entrave à la réglementation et sur les suites données à la procédure d’alerte engagée par FO. \nFace à l’absence de réponse satisfaisante\, les représentants FO au CHSCT ont saisi une inspectrice du travail de la DIRECCTE\, comme prévu par la réglementation. Celle-ci nous a donné raison sur le fond comme sur la forme et a contraint le DASEN à convoquer le CHSCT dédié à la direction d’école\, demandé conformément depuis plus d’un an. Celui-ci se tiendra le 20 avril 2021. \nLe DASEN comptait bien se satisfaire des GDDE (Groupe de travail direction d’école) impulsés par Blanquer pour poser les jalons de la loi Rilhac. FO n’entend pas apporter sa caution à ces groupes de travail\, mais entend porter les revendications des directeurs et directrices d’école\, dans des instances officielles qui existent encore ! \nPreuve supplémentaire de la supercherie : le prochain GDDE est prévu par le DASEN le 2 février. Un document a été envoyé aux directeurs et directrices choisis par le DASEN pour y participer. Il s’agit d’un document “d’auto-positionnement” considéré comme un outil pour le directeur… Comment cautionner cela ? Il s’agit purement et simplement d’un document d’évaluation des adjoints et de l’école ! Les objectifs de ces GDDE ? Jugez par vous-même : Document d’auto-positionnement fourni par le DASEN  \nLire le compte rendu du GDDE du 1er décembre \nLire le courrier du SNUDI-FO au DASEN suite au GDDE du 1er décembre \nEn tout état de cause\, le SNUDI-FO a pris ses responsabilités et ne participera pas au prochain GDDE du 2 février : il invite les directeurs et directrices du département invités par leur IEN\, à ne pas participer à ces GDDE (hors temps de travail)\, prétexte à la mise en œuvre d’une loi Rilhac pas encore adoptée.  \nC’est en ce sens que le SNUDI-FO s’était adressé aux autres organisations syndicales (SNUipp\, UNSA et CGT) pour leur proposer d’interpeller le DASEN et de refuser ensemble de participer à cette nouvelle mascarade. \nFO invite les directeurs et directrices à faire remonter toute situation impactant leur santé\, leur sécurité\, leurs conditions de travail en utilisant les RSST et en saisissant le syndicat. \nRejoignez le SNUDI-FO 53\, le syndicat libre et indépendant\, et renforcez votre outil collectif de résistance\, de solidarité\, par votre adhésion
